The following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service") govern all use of the Nudo Hair Lab website and all content, services, and products available at or through the website, including but not limited to, Nudo Hair Lab products and services (collectively, the "Services"). Our Services are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures.

Use of Our Services: You may use our Services only if you can form a binding contract with Nudo Hair Lab, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Your Account: If you create an account on our Services, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account.

Content & Copyright: All content available through the Services, including designs, text, graphics, images, information, software, audio and other files, and their selection and arrangement (the "Content"), are the proprietary property of Nudo Hair Lab or its licensors. No Content may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, scraped, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without Nudo Hair Lab's prior written permission.

Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our Services. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Pricing: All prices are shown in the respective currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, products and product specifications at any time at our discretion. If a price error occur information will follow.

Errors on Our Site: Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Nudo Hair Lab reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your method of payment charged. If your method of payment has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Nudo Hair Lab will issue a credit to your method of payment used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

Price Error Policy: While we strive for accuracy, in the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Nudo Hair Lab shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.

Order Acceptance: The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Nudo Hair Lab reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

Limitation of Liability: In the case of pricing errors on the site, Nudo Hair Lab will not be held liable for any damages beyond the refunding of the incorrect purchase amount, and by purchasing from Nudo Hair Lab, customers agree to this limitation of liability.

Refunds: In the event that a product is purchased at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, Nudo Hair Lab will issue a refund for the incorrect purchase amount. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 working days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges: All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.

Privacy: Your use of our Services is subject to Nudo Hair Lab's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Services and informs users of our data collection practices.

Prohibited Uses: You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate any security features of our Services, including, without limitation, accessing content or data not intended for you, or logging onto a server or account that you are not authorized to access.
